How about you find some musical taste and quit having radio stations run your musical world. The radio is for the &#39;dancer&#39; anyways. If your stuck with radio at work, I can understand your anger and would like to exclude you from being the recipient of my comments. If you want a song to sound the way you want - become an artist, go write one, become famous, and put it on your second album. Lyrics that don't make immediate sense force the listener to create their own interpretation. What a concept. It is a fundamental of poetry. When I heard the song I went through several stages. Stage 1: "what the hell did he say? Was it dancer or dancers? Or maybe he's saying a French word- danceure." but I hadn't read the lyrics at that point. Stage 2: "okay so it's dancer. what the hell does that mean? why is brandon getting all artsy fartsy on us?" Stage 3: maybe he means are we human as in flesh and blood or are we dancer- is there more to it- are we art/spirit/special, etc. Stage 4: Read somebody's post about it being from something Hunter S. Thompson wrote. Don't know anything about that.
