My Totally Imaginary One-Hour Radio Show (Podcast)

Truth be told, the static blog format has started to bore me. Writing about music is fun, for the most part, but the other day I started thinking about what I really miss about the whole "music experience".

One of the biggest things I miss is radio. Back in the day, DJ's knew their stuff and turned their audience on to all kinds of great music. Then they were phased out so that conglomerates could plunder the radio industry, buy up as many stations as they could, and McDonald's-ize them so that you can go from one town to the other and always find "The Star" or "Jack FM", or whatever.

To me, there was only one WLS, one KROQ, and guys like Larry Lujack were the tits.

So, I'm thinking about doing a daily one-hour show and making it available to those who also miss the real radio experience or, at the very least, enjoy the music I post and are open to some other tunes I dig.

Here's the pilot episode of He's A Whore "Awesome Rock Power Hour".
